DeySure exists to help you keep track of agreements, payments, and reminders. This page explains, in plain language, how we handle the information you put into it.

What we store

The agreements, amounts, reminders, invoices, and documents you add — along with basic account details like your name and email — so DeySure can show them back to you.

Who can see it

Only you. Every record is tied to your account and protected by row-level access rules at the database level — other DeySure users, including the people you record agreements with, cannot see your records.

Documents you upload

Files like contracts and receipts are stored privately. Access links are generated on demand and expire shortly after they're created.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share your agreement records with third parties for marketing purposes.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, reach out through the account you signed up with and we'll walk you through it.
